About Adam LaFleur
Hello and welcome to my website. My name is Adam LaFleur and I live for climactic sports moments that bring athletes, fans, and communities together. This passion drives me to bring live sporting events to fans through radio and television. I am a sports broadcaster with ample play-by-play, public address announcing, and sideline reporting experience. My work is featured on NESN, ESPN3, and numerous radio stations and streaming platforms.

Viewers compare me to Johnny Carson and Mr. Rogers. They appreciate my traditional sound and "old soul" nature. I also connect well with younger audiences by interacting on social media during broadcasts.

I am a native New Englander who has lived in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont. In 2020, I graduated from Husson University (Bangor, ME) with my Bachelor's Degree in mass communications with a sports journalism concentration. Husson recognized me as a salutatorian for graduating with a GPA of 3.99.

During my college years in central Maine I broadcast play-by-play of ice hockey, baseball, soccer, field hockey, and softball for the University of Maine. I also interviewed U-Maine's sponsors on-the-air and voiced content for advertising partners. My relationship with U-Maine Athletics grew when I had the opportunity to interview players and coaches during ESPN3 basketball broadcasts for two seasons. Most notably, I served as the television voice of the U-Maine men's hockey team on NESN during the 2019-20 season.

I am currently the voice of the University of Vermont men's hockey team on WVMT radio and online. I invite you to network with me.
In the fall of 2021, I was hired as the play-by-play voice of the University of Vermont men's hockey team in Hockey East. UVM hockey broadcasts air on WVMT radio, 620-AM, in the Burlington, VT-Plattsburgh, NY market. Hockey is my primary play-by-play sport. I'm thankful for the opportunity to travel with Vermont's team and broadcast games throughout the Northeast as the "Voice of the Catamounts".

During the summers, I am the public address announcer for the Double-A New Hampshire Fisher Cats baseball team of the Eastern League. As the Fisher Cats' ballpark voice in Manchester, NH, I introduce players, execute sponsored reads, and help create a fun atmosphere for fans.

When I am not behind the mic at a game, I enjoy listening to classic country music and being outdoors. In the summer you will find me kayaking, boating, hiking, and camping. I am also a huge hockey fan who loves traveling to see games in different cities.

I look forward to meeting and networking with you. Sports play-by-play, specifically hockey, is my passion, and I am eager to find my next opportunity to do what I love.
